Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how you can get your money back. Please read it carefully before you buy.
1. The RESET plan (digital download)
RESET is delivered as a personalised PDF, sent to your email within minutes of purchase.
Statutory cancellation right is waived at checkout
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you would normally have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel a digital purchase. Because RESET is delivered immediately, at checkout you will be asked to tick a box agreeing that:
- The plan is delivered to you straight away, and
- You waive your 14-day statutory cancellation right by accepting immediate delivery.
Once you tick this box and the PDF has been generated and emailed to you, the sale is final and non-refundable. This is because the product is created specifically for you based on your quiz answers and delivered in full at the point of purchase.
Genuine technical failures
If something has genuinely gone wrong — for example, you were charged but never received your plan, you were charged twice, or the file will not open — email us at hello@dropasize.app and we will fix it promptly, including a full refund where a technical fault on our side prevented delivery.
Goodwill discretion
While RESET is non-refundable as a personalised digital product, if you have a genuine concern within 7 days of purchase, please email us at hello@dropasize.app — we will consider it in good faith, on a case-by-case basis. This is a discretionary goodwill gesture and does not create a contractual right to a refund.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected
Nothing in this policy removes your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the service is faulty, not as described, or not delivered.
2. Statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
The waiver in Section 1 above only waives the 14-day cooling-off right for digital products. It does not waive your wider rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If our service is:
- Not as described,
- Not provided with reasonable care and skill, or
- Faulty or substantially defective,
you remain entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law, regardless of any term in this policy.
3. How to contact us about a refund
Email hello@dropasize.app with:
- Subject line: "Refund request"
- The email address you used at checkout, and the date of purchase
- A short explanation of the issue
We will respond within 14 working days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first emailing us, please be aware that a chargeback raised on a personalised digital product you have already received, and where you have consented at checkout to immediate delivery and waiver of cancellation rights, may be defended with evidence of your purchase and consent. We will always try to resolve concerns directly first — please contact us before involving your bank.
5. Your statutory rights
This refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights as a UK consumer. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights you cannot legally have excluded.
