2. Stop and seek help if you experience

4. Assumption of risk
Physical exercise and dietary changes carry inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, and unwanted symptoms. By using DropASize, you voluntarily assume these risks and confirm that you are physically able to participate in the activities recommended.
5. Results vary
Individual results depend on many factors including starting point, consistency, sleep, stress, biology, hormones, and many things outside our control. DropASize does not promise or guarantee any specific weight loss, health outcome, or appearance change.
